For businesses run by their owners

Your business. New horizons. AI built on your knowledge.

We build knowledge bases and AI automations for businesses of 5 to 30 people, so your team and your AI can work from how you actually run things.

  • Free, 30-minute call
  • You own the code and data
  • You talk to the builder

Tools we work with

Your team needs an answer. So they come back to you.

  • You're the person who remembers

If the answer lives in your head, your team has to ask you. Even when you've explained the same thing before.

  • You're still doing it by hand

You finish the intake, send the follow-up and pass the details along. Next week, you're doing the same admin again.

  • Your new hire needs the backstory

You can hand someone a folder on their first day. You still have to explain which files matter and how your business works day to day.

Put your knowledge to work. For your people and your AI.

We build the knowledge base your team can ask questions of, then connect it to workflows that handle the work you keep repeating.

Give your team a place to ask

We bring your documents, the records in your software and your team's know-how into a knowledge base. Your staff ask in plain English, and your AI agents read it before they act. Each answer shows its source, so you can check where it came from.

  • Answers grounded in your company's own records
  • Sources shown with every answer
  • Access set by role, including sales and bookkeeping
  • The same knowledge feeds automations, reports and alerts

What do I need before booking a repair visit?

Answer

Get the customer's address, phone number and a description of the fault. Ask whether someone will be there to let the technician in.

  • Repair intake checklist, 2026-08-12
  • Email: Access for repair visits, 2026-09-03

Give the repeat work a workflow

We build workflows for intake, follow-up, scheduling, reporting and handoffs. The agents read your knowledge base and cite what they used. A person approves anything that matters before it goes out.

  • Reads your knowledge base before it takes action
  • Shows the sources behind the work
  • A person approves what matters before it's sent
  • The first build is measured before anything is added

Your software

Keep what works. We'll connect to it.

Your CRM, accounting, email and file storage stay the source of truth. We connect through their approved integrations and exports.

See how it works

Find out what's worth building. Before you pay to build it.

Start with a free call. If there's a case for it, the paid audit comes next. You can take the blueprint and stop there.

  1. 01 Free, 30 minutes

    Talk through your business

Tell us how things run, where your knowledge lives and what you keep doing by hand. We'll say plainly whether a knowledge base would pay for itself. There's no pitch deck.

  2. 02 Paid, 2 to 4 weeks

    Systems audit and blueprint

We map your systems, documents and workflows, decide what to connect or leave alone, and design who sees what. We pick one first build with a baseline and a target. You own the blueprint and can stop there.

  3. 03 Scoped separately

    Build and measure

We scope and price implementation separately, then build the first system and measure it against the baseline. We expand only where the numbers hold, and stay on as your technical partner after launch.

What you might want to know

What is an AI context system?

It's a knowledge base built from your documents, software records and your team's know-how. Your staff ask it questions, and your AI agents read it before acting. RAG means retrieval-augmented generation: finding relevant company records and using them to answer, with sources you can check.

Is this just a chatbot?

The chat window is one way in. A chatbot can answer from its training and sound confident either way. This system answers from your company's records and shows the sources. The same knowledge base also feeds your automations, reports and alerts.

Will I have to replace my software?

If a tool works, it stays. Your CRM, accounting, email and file storage remain the system of record. We connect through their approved integrations and exports. During the audit, we decide what needs connecting and what to leave alone.

Who can see my data, and where does it live?

You own the data and the knowledge base. We set access by role, so a salesperson and a bookkeeper can see different things. The AI gets only the context it needs for each task. If you want the data to stay on your own machines, the whole system can run on hardware you control.

What happens after the audit?

You own the blueprint and can stop there. If you go ahead, we scope and price implementation separately. We build the first system, measure it against the baseline and expand only where the numbers hold. We stay on as your technical partner after launch.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You know how your business runs, where people get stuck and what gets done by hand. That's what we need from you. We handle the technical side, and you talk directly to us throughout the work.

Tell us what keeps coming up.

If you'd rather write than book a call, tell us how your business runs and which questions or tasks keep landing on your desk.
